Green text on a textured CRT
I took this macro-style picture of an actual PET screen. Notice how textured and lumpy the CRT surface is.
Maybe all those little bumps on the screen is where the CRT death rays come out. Good thing everyone's switched to LCD panels and sent the CRT's overseas to fill someone else with lead. But nobody's taking mine! :)
